Advanced Quantum Biofeedback
Drug free - stress and pain management.
When we think of healing methods that are complimentary we don’t think of the use of machines and devices.
Most complimentary specialists rely less on technology and put more trust in the clients own inner resources to restore health.
But there is a wonderful method of healing that incorporates human and machine working together – Biofeedback.
We have all used some form of biofeedback. If you have taken your temperature or stepped on a scale you have used a mechanism to get information about what is happening inside your body. The data, whether you have a fever or need to lose a few pounds is feed back to you. Armed with the information you make a choice to change your situation.
Quantum Biofeedback is applied through the use of a device called the EPFX (Electro
Physiology Feedback Xrroid); an incredibly accurate system based on the science of
Quantum Physics. It is an emerging technology that reads the body at biological speeds (the speed of a computer) providing results within minutes as opposed to days and weeks.
What is Quantum Biofeedback?
Quantum Biofeedback is a technique in which people are trained to improve their health by using signals from their own body.
How does Quantum Biofeedback work?
The easiest way to really understand what Quantum Biofeedback can do is to think in terms of stresses or stressors – all those things we’re born with or happen to us or that get into the body from the environment that may cause disease.
Quantum Biofeedback is totally non-invasive. The EPFX requires only five comfortable
straps that wrap around your wrists, ankles and forehead. A quick three-minute information exchange is performed energetically and the results are fed into the computer software. This provides the Practitioner with information about the state of the energy and stress(es) most prevalent in the body at that time.
After gathering results, the data offers an understanding of your potential needs. It can reveal the specific stressors which could be the underlying issues surrounding your body’s ability to heal.
It is then, that Quantum Biofeedback can be applied in order to help you balance and reduce the stressors energetically.
Biofeedback has been scientifically proven to help reduce stress and hypertension that may be related to illness, injury or emotional trauma.
Quantum Biofeedback can result in an overall improved sense of well-being, greater mental clarity, pain reduction, and improved physical performance.
“The human body is made up of electronic vibrations, with each atom and element of the body, each organ and organism, having its electronic unit of vibration necessary for the sustenance of , and equilibrium in,that particular organism.”

Benefits of Detoxification

In my previous column, I spoke about the benefits of massage therapy as one method of assisting our bodies to detox everyday pollutants ingested in some form through food, inhalation, or contact that we oftentimes cannot control. As a licensed massage therapist who undertook this profession in my mid-fifties, I have come to learn how important massage therapy is to one’s overall health and well being. Just look at this list of benefits we receive when we choose massage therapy on a regular basis.
- Relieves stress, pain, pain induced anxiety, and muscle congestion
- Improves range of motion increasing flexibility and muscle tone
- Improves sleep patterns
- Improves metabolic waste removal strengthening immune function
- Improves alertness
- Reduces swelling
- Clears thinking
- Encourages faster healing time
- Relieves tension headaches
- Provides a sense of well-being
- Reduces fatigue
- Supports white blood cell proliferation aiding our immune system
- Reduces depression
- Relives symptoms of nausea and vomiting for the cancer patient
- Enhances body image
Just think: 60 to 90 minutes of specialized care by a skilled professional massage therapist gives you all these benefits. What’s more: in the long run, each of us will be sick less often or not at all, thus reducing medical costs and lost time at work. Overall the cost of massage is a small price to pay to have great health and to take personal care of one’s self.
By giving the gift of massage to yourself and to those you love, it demonstrates an investment in caring and health. If you are an employer, a massage gift certificate becomes a special employee gift that says you care. But don’t forget to give one to yourself as well, for you cannot lead as effectively if you are not at your optimal best.
I believe it is important to select a massage therapist who is knowledgeable about the biological, chemical, and physiological systems of the body. Our community is fortunate to have many well trained therapists, many of whom specialize in effective modalities such as cranio-sacral therapy, myofascial release therapy, positional release therapy, Swedish relaxation massage, and deep tissue sports injury related massage therapy. I suggest conducting an interview with the therapist of your choice. A well trained therapist will welcome your concern and will knowledgeably answer all your questions. But don’t hesitate to experience the health-filled benefits massage therapy holds for your well being. Taking care of ourselves is of primary importance in today’s industrialized, toxin-filled life experience.
