Changing Career Focus for Krystle

Healthy Berries are Good Food for HealthLife is so full of changes for many of us, especially this year that is in its ebb cycle and all of us facing the forthcoming holidays.  I am making my final career move.  No one should really say “final” as who knows what lies ahead as possibilities.  But change is upon me and I feel quite excited.  My lovely and loving business, Touchstone Therapeutic Massage is ending.  I plan to continue through December 2014 focused on completing all outstanding gift certificates and providing massage sessions on a limited basis.

I have begun NewTritionally Yours!  I earned my Masters of Science in Holistic Nutrition in 2012 and have developed nutrition education classes for veterans and their families to help reverse the rising incidence of veteran suicide.  As well with the rising statistics of teen suicide, my programs address how we can help troubled minds understand the importance of appropriate nutritional intake to reduce feelings of anxiety, depression, aberrant and antisocial thinking and behaviors leading to dark and dangerous thoughts.  Mental health is dependent on vital nutrients supporting brain health as well as physicial and spiritual health – our emotions and outlook.

My other major program focuses on teaching people how they can design their own healthy lifelong dietary plan free of confusion from the latest fads.

I will be offering my nutrition classes beginning in January 2015 – a new year, a new start.  We are individuals with our own set of nutritional requirements.  Sorting through the maze of information today leaves many people confused and returning to learned or habitual ways of eating that don’t provide the results one consciously or unconsciously desires.

Small results-focused steps meeting individual goals is key to success when change is desired.  “One recipe fits all” is not an answer.  Changing with desire and commitment along with short and long term goal setting begins the process.  Establishing strategies for goal achievement become the foundation for individualized success.

I invite you to JOIN ME, consider my programs, and enroll in my classes.  Visit www.newtritionallyyours.com for class descriptions and for recognizing YOU can become NEW again experiencing increased energy and vibrant health with appropriate nutrition guidelines.

I thank all of you who have been a part of my journey of health and well-being and who have trusted me to find answers to your concerns through bodywork and now nutritional education.

I feel blessed to begin a new phase in my own journey and to share with you so we all achieve our optimal best every day.
